Zoning Permits on Hold

The Town is implementing new software for zoning permits and will be holding reviews/approvals for ALL permit applications. Staff will not be issuing any permits after 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 12, 2022, until the following week, barring any unforeseen obstacles. Thank you for your patience. 

UPDATE ON TILLEY MORRIS ROUNDABOUT
NCDOT has reported that the contractor has presented a reasonable work schedule that would see the roundabout open prior to August 24th. However, that schedule could be impacted by unforeseen events, such as multiple rain days, that would push the opening later than the 24th.
