There will be a Special Meeting of the Town of Weddington Planning Board on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Weddington Town Hall.

In accordance with the Town of Weddington Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Section D-607(C)(5), notice is hereby given that two Community Meetings will be held at the Deckbarn adjacent to 305 Reid Dairy Road (there is a sign on the building). The meetings will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 and Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. The proposed project is an over 55 active adult community located on approximately 13 acres located at/near 323 Reid Dairy Road (parcel number 06177012).
