There will a Board of Adjustment Quasi-Judicial Hearing on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Weddington Town Hall, 1924 Weddington Road.  The Board of Adjustment will hear a zoning variance request from Section D-917D. Supplemental Requirements for Certain Uses (M) Accessory Uses and Structures of the Town of Weddington Unified Development Ordinance for the property at 4222 Antioch Church Road (parcel id #06093008) owned by Richard Allen Spencer.
