Notice of Community Meeting

In accordance with the Town of Weddington Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Section D-607(C)(5), notice is hereby given that a Community Meeting will be held on site on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at 3009 Forest Lawn Drive. The applicant is Keystone Custom Homes and the project will be located on approximately 16.6 acres located at 3009 Forest Lawn (parcel number 07150015). These parcels are currently zoned R-CD Weddington, NC.
