Public Hearing Notice
In accordance with Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Section D-607(C)(8), notice is hereby given that two Public Hearings will be held by the Weddington Town Council at 7:00 p.m. on November 13, 2023, at 1924 Weddington Road for the purpose of collecting public comment on two conditional zoning applications.
- An 18-lot conventional subdivision generally located at 5932 Weddington Matthews Road.
- A 38-lot conventional subdivision generally located on the north side of Lochaven Road approximately 320 feet west of Hidden Haven Trail.
