Public Involvement Meetings

There will be two public involvement meetings on Monday, August 7, 2017. The first will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on site at All Saints Anglican Church, 5328 Hemby Road, Parcel #06120012Q; and the second from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Weddington Town Hall, 1924 Weddington Road.

The purpose of these meetings is to provide information and solicit public input and community involvement regarding a proposed Conditional Zoning Amendment for the construction of additional parking spaces and sidewalk on the west side of the church and to request a change in the lighting requirement in the parking areas for security reasons. These meetings are designed to allow citizens to view existing conditions, general design and layout concepts, and to answer questions from service providers and the community.

There may be a quorum present of the Town of Weddington Town Council.
