There will be a Board of Adjustment Quasi-Judicial Hearing on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Weddington Town Hall, 1924 Weddington Road.  The Board of Adjustment will hear a zoning variance request from Section D-703 E, R-60 minimum rear yard setback for 0 Valley Run Dr. / Lot #9 Walden at Providence (parcel #06177103). The Applicant is Arcadia Homes.
