Notice of Community Meeting

 In accordance with the Town of Weddington Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Section D-607(C)(5), notice is hereby given that a Community Meeting will be held at the Fellowship Hall (Building B) Weddington Methodist Church, 13901 Providence Road 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 17, 2026. The applicant is Urban Design Partners on behalf of Copper Builders, and the project will be located on approximately 34 acres located at 6712 Weddington Matthews Road (parcel number 06147008 zoned RCD).
