Notice of Community Meeting

In accordance with the Town of Weddington Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Section D-607(C)(5), notice is hereby given that a Community Meeting will be held at Weddington Methodist Church, 13901 Providence Road from 4:00 to 6:00 on Monday March 2, 2026. The applicant is NBI Investments, LLC, and the project will be located on approximately 23 acres located at 3832 Twelve Mile Creek Road (parcel numbers 06099006 zoned RCD, 06099006A zoned RCD, and 06099007 zoned R-40)
