There will a Board of Adjustment Quasi-Judicial Hearing on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Weddington Town Hall, 1924 Weddington Road.  The Board of Adjustment will hear a zoning variance request from Section D-703 (E) Lot and Building Standards Table of the Town of Weddington Unified Development Ordinance for the property owned by Shantanu Das and Sabita Talukdar at 2017 Boswell Way, Weddington NC, 28173, Parcel # 07150676.
