Union County has opened a three-week public comment period on alternate designs for six critical intersections throughout the County. The intersections were identified in 2019 as part of a Critical Intersection Analysis. Design alternatives and cost estimates are being considered for the six intersections. In Weddington, one intersection was identified: Forest Lawn Drive at Potter Road. The Town asks that residents review the alternate designs and provide feedback online. This open comment period will run through March 27, 2020.
