In accordance with Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Section D (C)(5), notice is hereby given that a Community Meeting will be held by Wingate Advisory Group for Ennis Investors LLC at 6:30 pm on Monday, August 21, 2023, at Weddington Town Hall, 1924 Weddington Road. 

This meeting is planned for the purpose of collecting public input on a conditional zoning application for a small luxury neighborhood on Ennis Road (13 lots on approximately 18.7 acres).
